We want you to be confident when trying InstantFilter. This Refund Policy explains how trials, billing, and refunds work for purchases made through InstantStack (WebKenner).
14-day free trial
Every InstantFilter plan includes a 14-day free trial. Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy. You may be asked to add a payment method at checkout, but you are not charged until the trial ends, unless you choose to convert earlier.
Cancel before the trial ends through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal if you decide InstantFilter is not the right fit. No payment means no refund is needed.
30-day money-back guarantee
On top of the free trial, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee after your first paid charge. If you are not satisfied, email tom@instantstack.co within 30 days of that charge and we will refund you in full.
Please include the email address used at checkout so we can locate your order quickly.
How to request a refund
- Email tom@instantstack.co from the address used at checkout.
- Include your order reference or Lemon Squeezy receipt if available.
- Briefly describe why you are requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve).
Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Renewals and later charges
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first paid charge after the trial. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law. You can cancel future renewals at any time in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
Plan changes
Upgrades are pro-rated through Lemon Squeezy: you pay the difference and new limits unlock immediately. Downgrades take effect according to Lemon Squeezy billing rules. Refund treatment for mid-cycle plan changes follows Lemon Squeezy’s policies unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, contact us first at tom@instantstack.co. We resolve most problems quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and can result in license suspension while the dispute is investigated.
What this policy does not cover
- Issues caused by incompatible custom code, unsupported hosting, or third-party plugins outside reasonable troubleshooting scope.
- Business losses, missed revenue, or conversion drops — whether or not related to a plugin bug.
- Problems on production sites where the plugin was not tested on staging first, or where no recent backup was available.
- Requests made outside the 30-day guarantee window for a first paid charge (except where mandatory law applies).
- Purchases made through unauthorized resellers or shared license keys.
